“Une bonne adresse”

Un accueil très sympathique, chambre très confortable et spacieuse, dans un joli cadre. L'équipe nous a très bien conseillé pour les visites et pour le guide qui nous a emmené à l'Etna. Le repas du soir était sympa même si les légumes ne semblaient pas bio ni vraiment murs. Mais le petit déjeuner fait maison est très bon !

Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de piscine mais nous sommes près de la mer.

Unlike most tourists, we were traveling in t in January, so it was very quiet. The staff were very attentive and we had a nice breakfast prepared for us each morning and dined in the restaurant one night. There were plenty of activities to partake in at the property. We played bocce each day, ping pong, we wish it had been warm enough to swim in the pool. The surrounding area is absolutely stunning. The town seemed rather sleepy and we didn’t feel the need to spend much time there but we adventured around to different towns each day and had a great time!

We dined at the restaurant our first night and I ordered the penne with mushrooms and it was extremely salty. I normally like a healthy portion of salt but this was almost too salty to eat. The rest of the food was great.

“La partie principale de l’agritourisme est très agréable et apparemment plutôt tranquille. Par contre, la partie annexe se situe à côté d’une route, ce qui provoque passablement de nuisances.”

Nous avons décidé d’écourter notre séjour à cet endroit, car il n’y avait plus de place disponible à l’emplacement principal et nous ne souhaitions pas passer une nuit de plus dans la partie annexe à cause du bruit. La propriétaire ne nous a gentiment facturé qu’une nuitée.

Nous avions pris 1 chambre standard mais ce type de chambre ne se trouve pas dans la ferme elle-même. Donc pas d'accès à la piscine ni au restaurant facile. Les chambres standards sont à 2km il faut donc chaque fois prendre la voiture pour le petit déjeuner, la piscine ou le repas du soir. La route est assez dangereuse et non éclairée donc à ne pas faire à pied. Le repas du soir n'est pas de très grande qualité, je ne recommande pas de manger. Le petit déjeuner, il faut arriver les premiers sinon c'est vide .. dommage que cela ne soit pas assorti au fur et à mesure des arrivants/ partants Nous n'y retournerons plus.

Schoonmaak prima. Zwembad van goede grootte, maar wel ondiep. Complimenten voor dame aan ontbijtbuffet en zwembad bar; ze regelde alles goed.

Als je op citrus vruchten farm verblijft, verwacht ik toch vers geperst sinaasappelsap bij ontbijt en niet uit een pak. Ook mis ik vers fruit bij ontbijt. Avondeten viel echt tegen!! Ik had t uitgezocht op basis goede reviews eten. Voorbeeld is dat de typische siciliaanse appetizers de ene dag vers, maar de volgende dag uit de magnetron kwamen en dus slap en koud waren op tafel. Zowel vlees als vis van hoofdgerechten super droog. Bediening was alle avonden ronduit onvriendelijk. Kon geen glimlach vanaf. En er werd geen Engels gesproken noch verstaan. Het was bij boeking op de website niet duidelijk dat de standaard kamers 800 meter verderop liggen en niet eens in de buurt van het zwembad en restaurant. Het ergst waren de eigenaren/beheerders. Zij verschuilen zich achter agriturismo.net/ booking@4tourist.net om ons bij vervroegd vertrek toch alle dagen van de reservering in rekening te brengen, terwijl agriturismo.net/ booking@4tourist.net heeft aangegeven dat deze regeling niet bij hen ligt, maar dat deze beslissing volledig aan de eigenaren/beheerders is. Ik voel me bedonderd. Daarnaast is €160 per nacht in deze agriturismo ook behoorlijk aan de prijzige kant in verhouding met andere agriturismo's en andere hotels / appartementen waar we daarna hebben verbleven, waar dan ook de kwaliteit beter was.

“Great time, felt as in home”

The whole facilities were great and the service was impressive making us feel as truly at home, from the owner to the people taking care of the rooms. Attention to details and always warm and natural attittude. Great place to spend holidays, specially for us with two young kids. We would definitely stay again.

très propre, très calme, belle vue sur l'ETNA, très bon accueil.

Etant logés dans la partie annexe de l'agro-tourisme, la personne qui s'occupait de nous ne parlait que Italien. Nous aurions aimé discuter des cultures du citron, du pays, des balades à faire...avec elle, en anglais par exemple. (le reste du personnel semble parler davantage en anglais).

C'est plus sympa de prendre une chambre dans la partie principale de l'agritourisme, là où il y a le resto et la piscine, mais c'est un peu plus cher.
