  Very well equipped and clean rooms, you have everything that you need for relaxation in peace, while if anything needed in addition, landlord is always willing to assist with positive energy, humbleness and perfect empathy/human touch, we felt there like being at home

  Nothing, maybe just that access to the property (last 100m) might be a bit of unpleasant in case you do not have SUV

  Dear Tomaz and family, thank you for your review. I'm very happy that you enjoyed your stay here: we wait for you next year. About the road I'm conscious: the strong rains after the drye have made big damages at the road. We program to repair it after the winter.

  The place is very nice and feels like home, in a quiet place surrounded by beautiful nature and landscapes. Our host Anna Maria was super friendly and welcoming, responds quickly to emails and helped us with transport. The terrace and pool are nice and offer a great way to relax.

  The food options are not that great in the village, but ok if you are travelling by car and can go to another village. The WIFI connection was sometimes slow, but maybe to do bad weather. No shampoo or shower gel were provided, so bring your own.

  Anna Maria produces really nice red wine, so definitely buy a bottle (or more). At the neighbouring village Peccioli there is a really nice restaurant with truly excellent Italian food and local wines, be sure to dine there.

  Peu d'appartements en location et donc un grand calme autour de la piscine et sur les différentes terrasses

  Aucun sauf peut être la wifi un peu faible du fait de l'épaisseur des murse

  Un gîte agréable dans une vaste oliveraie malgré les petits désagréments

  Mi dispiace molto che la Signora Angèle e il Signor Federic non siano rimasti pienamente soddisfatti del loro soggiorno qui da me. Cercherò di migliorare, dove possibile, i problemi che i signori hanno riscontrato.

  swimming pool, wonderfull view, nice suggestions from house lady, feeling very welcome

  we liked the morning walk to the village and drink an espresso at the coffee shop, the piaggio museum, Volterra, and just relaxing at the swimming pool, or enjoy the view.

  Nous avons été très bien accueillis et avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette belle propriété nichée au coeur de la Toscane. Beaucoup de calme, un cadre et une piscine très agréable, des propriétaires très sympathiques, tout cela a fait que nous nous sommes tout de suite sentis à l'aise.

  Everything was great. Lovely swimming pool with a great view, nice bbq area, lovely olive trees and gardens all around. The apartment itself was excellent, beautiful rustic style with lots of space and lovely tuscan features. Great little restaurant just down the hill. Maria Angela is a fantastic host. Anything we needed, any questions or tips, she was there to provide. I highly recommend staying here, and would love to return some day!

  I highly recommend visiting the restaurant down the road, L'antico Molino, Its delicious and great value. Also, although you can manage fine with public transport, Its probably best to have a car if you plan to stay here!

  L'accueil chaleureux la piscine la qualité de l'appartement le calme le cadre l'environnement

  Les moustiques en cette période mais rien à voir avec la location.

  La location est placée idéalement pour les différentes visites des villages alentours comme voltera, san gimignano, sienne, volpaïa et d'autres. Un vrai point central dans un evironnement exceptionnel et un accueil très chaleureux par Maria Angela. Je conseillerai vivement cette location à tous mes amis et ma famille pour une découverte riche de la Toscane. Encore Marci Maria Angela. A très bientôt.
