  Sød vert med gode anbefalinger af området. Smuk bolig i meget smukke omgivelser!

  Vi fik en lejlighed uden aircondition. Jeg forstår ikke at man udlejer lejligheder til gæster uden aircondition i 32 graders varme… Smuk pool dog altid meget beskidt med døde insekter… Intet internet i lejligheden….

  The property was beautiful and peaceful. The pool is pristine! Breakfasts were amazing! Denise is so helpful and generous of her time. She even set us up with a wine tasting at a neighboring farm. Great communication with her throughout. The bed was really comfortable too!

  Lendroit est magnifique tablissement perdu au milieu de la foret joli jardin entour doliviers beaucoup doiseaux La piscine est agrable

  Accueil trs froid et dsagrable des grants aucune explication ni tour du propritaire Manque dquipements de base dans la kitchenette Vaisselle sale Aucun accs internet dans lappartement il faut se rendre la rception pour avoir le wifi Bruits dsagrables de tuyauterie La grante nest pas sur place la journe en cas de question ou de problme et lautre personne prsente ne fait pas deffort Nous navons pas test le petit dejeuner car trop cher 15 aucun service de restauration ne nous a t propos Dans lensemble trs dus de la prestation qui devient bien trop chre par rapport au standing attendu

  Prachtige plek midden in de natuur, in de landschappen van Toscane. Overal in de buurt wijnboeren om wijn proeverijen te doen. Denise de eigenaresse erg aardig en behulpzaam. Ook twee honden en 3 katten aanwezig, erg gezellig en lief.

  Denise is very nice but needs help running the place.

  There were cobwebs in most corners. I had to ask for toilet paper. There was a noisy bird nest in a vent outside the apartment that sounded like they were inside. We had a large European Hornet come into our room one night that was so big. The property is pretty but much more dense foliage than we were expecting for Tuscany. It seems to be hidden in a valley a bit. I think they need to hire a handy person and a housekeeper to keep the place up. We also requested the two A/C rooms and only got one. And the room with A/C was broken and damp. We left early.

  Denise ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin. Die Ruhe und die schöne Terrasse. Montepulciano nur 6 km mit dem Auto entfernt.

  Ausstattung sehr einfach. Strom und Wasserausfall wurde nicht angekündigt. Viel Natur = viele Insekten.

  Nous avons passé 5 jours merveilleux dans un cadre paradisiaque. Tout est beau, le lieu, les chambres, le jardin, la piscine, les animaux! Les hôtes sont adorables et l’on se sent vite comme chez nous. Excellents repas avec de bons produits maisons et locaux. Nous reviendrons assurément!

  Lit qui se creuse un peu au milieu, nous avons oublié de le signaler à l’hôtesse, ça nous est sorti de la tête tellement le reste était parfait !

  We (family of 2 adults and 2 teens) had a wonderful stay. Denise is so friendly and very accommodating. She and her mom cooked a delicious dinner for us and we loved the breakfast every morning too. The pool was great to come back to and cool off after a long day touring Tuscany. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Great location in striking distance to Montepulciano, Pienza and more.

  Beautiful surroundings. Apartment up to expectations

  Kitchen very poorly equiped. No wifi in apartment inspite of claims by owner. Apartment not heated inspite of very cold weather and our request for at least some heating at night. Indiferent welcome .
