  Le séjour s est très bien passé! Nous sommes arrivés au milieu de la nuit et Ana nous a accueilli… les lits et l appartement étaient prêts malgré la heure tardive! Le reste du séjour s est très bien passé! Ana est très accueillante est serviable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour

  Le seul aspect négatif est le changement de location dernière minute. Néanmoins je reconduirai l'experience si je dois retourner en Italie!

  I'm sorry for all these problems you said...It seems strange given that you were very happy about the place!I'm sorry, because, if it is true, you miss some tools for Kitchen, i could give You ( i have a lot on my office)...I used gas into the apartment, today and works very well (i don't understand what is the problem).I've no written that in the apartments there is machine to toast bread, but every apartment has a working oven. a lot of regards from tuscan and have a good summer!

  Nice swimmingpool, quiet environment, friendly staff, in the centre of nice cities like Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Siena and Volterra.

  Partly defect stove, no airco but just a fan, the showercurtain was terrible, cleaning costs 58 euro instead of the agreed 40 euro. Kitchen equipment very poor (we had to buy pots, pans, dippers ..etc)

  You could do so much better by a small investment in the apartments inventory, like kitchen and bathroom equipment. Update your online information to avoid disapointment e.g. cleaning costs and availibility of the airco.

  Dear Josie and Peter, we would like to clarify that you paid Euro 50 of final cleaning and not Euro 58; this price was written and agreed in our email conversation. You agreed the price of the final cleaning as well the discounted price of the apartment. If you have a look into the price list in the on line information you should have to pay more. Our kitchens are usually equipped with necessary. We always do our best to satisfy our guests and if you would have informed us during your stay we could provide other pans, if were not enough for you. Kind regards

  Owners very friendly communicated and prepared anything we asked for. Nothing was a problem.

  Access road in bad conditions.

  Excellent position to visit most of Tuscany old towns and villages. You can ask owners to arrange olive oil, wine and chees purchase.

  aucun contact avec les propriétaires, juste une jeune étudiante certes très disponible. Manque une vraie chambre pour un grand enfant. Equipement du gite très spartiate ! Le terme agritourisme me parait...abusé

  Bel endroit et propriétaires attentifs au bien-être de ses hôtes sans oublier Federica particulièrement disponible qui nous a bien aidés pour la découverte de la région. Appartement propre et bien équipé, Situation géographique idéale pour découvrir la Toscane

  le seul problème est un manque d'isolation phonique.

  Découvrir Florence sans voiture mais utiliser le tramway "Fipili" et laisser son véhicule à l'exterieur du centre, via Lunga proche station tramway
