Les photos et la description sur le site sont conformes à la réalité. C'est un très beau domaine qui conviendra aux célibataires, famille ou couple d'amoureux ! Tout est propre et soigné. Les propriétaires vous mettent à l'aise sont accueillants et font tout pour satisfaire vos demandes. Tiziana est une excellent cuisinière et leur produit en vente sont excellents. Je recommande fortement

Ne manquez pas de demander des conseils sur les visites à faire ou évènements à venir, les propriétaires ainsi que leur fille Monica ne manqueront pas de vous répondre. Le restaurant du village possède aussi un très beau point de vue, la cuisine y est excellente et pour un très bon prix.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable entre visites et piscine. La région est superbe et l'agritourisme San Nicolo est parfait pour se reposer au calme avec une vue dégagée sur la Toscane ou partir visiter les villages typiques des alentours (moins d'une heure de route)

Unsere Wohnung war super, besonders der Pool und die gesamte Anlage sind sehr gepflegt. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen für alle, die Ruhe suchen und die Toskana genießen wollen.

The accomodation was very clean. The location was great. The swimming pool and garden too. Such a beautiful view! The owners were so nice and friendly, we also appreciate the pizza evening with the other guests and the birthday party for one of the children.It was easy to go visit other places from where we were.

We were 5: 2 adults and 3 children, the Blu appartment was a little bit too small for us and it would have been nice to be able to sit outside on the balcony in the evening. The beds: the mattresses were very soft and noisy. Tip: airco in the appartments ;-), at night it was very hot in the room.

Highly recommended to go to the dinner with the other guests (once a week the owner cooks for the guests).

Appartement confortable jouissant d'une piscine indispensable dans la chaleur de l'été toscan. Nos hôtes, Claudio et Tiziana sont à la fois très accueillants et discrets. La région à aussi bcq de lieux de visite. Une trés belle semaine.

L'appartement n'est pas trés équipé pour cuisiner (pas de poele) ni laver le linge.

Merci à Monica pour ses conseils en matière de tourisme et ses visites guidées.

L accueil est vraiment exceptionnel, et on se sent immédiatement a l aise

Aucun, le seul bennol il faut une voiture pour faire les courses ou aller boire un verre, il n y a rien dans le village.

Ne manquez surtout pas le repas en commun qui est exceptionnel, le vin également de l agrotourisme doit le détour. Ils nous ont également indiquer des visites a faire, ou a ne pas faire Il faut vraiment y aller, et je pense vraiment y retourner car j ai passe une super semaine, avec plein de belle rencontre

Only negative was a little out of the way being 12 km down a windy road but was worth it

Visit volterra and sienna. A little out of the way, nearest food store 10 minutes away, so grab food before you come if u arrive late.

Owner are sympathetic, they cook excellent meals, swining pool is large and very clean, the farm is well located to visit toscana

There is no climatisation, the beach is about 45 minutes of car and the nearest beach in cecina is very ugly

Don.t forget to go tobthe restaurant of stefano wich is located on the main place of san dalmatia village. This person is very typical and the food is basic but very good.

Was a little hard to find at night on the dark roads, but we liked that it was out of the way because it was so quiet and peaceful!

Definitely opt for breakfast and any meals that are offered! The food is amazing - must try the homemade olive oil! Go for a run through Montecastelli Pisano and spend a day in San Gimignano.

Monica and her parents very friendly and helpful. Convenient but peaceful location, giving easy and scenic access to classic Tuscany villages and the fascinating geothermal area.

Noisy central heating pipes disturbed our sleep, although our hosts did their best to remedy. Wouldn't be a problem in summer.

The geothermal area is worth a visit. Our kids (2 and 5) loved the seeing the steaming ground and touching the warm rocks at Sasso Pisano. Makes a change to wandering around another etruscan village!

Le cadre est agréable. Piscine donnant sur un champ d'oliviers. Bien situé, possibilité d'aller à Sienne et Pise facilement.

Tout petit frigo, pas de congélateur. Peu de meubles de rangement (pas d'armoire, de meubles autres que les rangements cuisine). Limite pour 4. Pas de terrasse. Il y a plusieurs centrales géothermiques à proximité.

A shame that it was difficult to communicate with the hosts because of the language barrier - had thought they knew more English, and I unfortunately don't know much Italian

Radicondoli is a nice little, not so touristy village nearby - good place for an evening dinner The daughter of the hosts gave us some good advice - fx an evening concert at the San Galgano Abby (wauw!) San Gimignano was pretty but very touristy

Eigentümer sind immer vor Ort und klären jegliche Probleme sofort, liefern Infomaterial usw.

Leider kein Internet und kein deutsches TV.

Für Rollstuhlfahrer ist die Anlage ok, aber die Umgebung kann man leider nur per Auto erforschen. Es gibt keine Radwege.

Owners are really helpful and the rooms were very clean. You can ask what you want they always try to help you and give you good advice.

We didn't ask for it but we think internet is not available

Try to communicate with them (they speak only italian and a very, very little english) and you will recieve all the information you want.

Very friendly service, wonderful breakfasts and quiet and beautiful surroundings.

We spent most of our time sight seeing but one day we spent by the pool. It was a wonderful experience to have such incredible surroundings to ourselves.

“A highlight of our visit to Italy”

- Beautiful location in a very quiet area of Tuscany. - The owners were very friendly and not at all intrusive. - Our son loved the pool. - Well equipped kitchen.

There was some construction work going on while we were there but the owners were keen not to disturb us so tried to limit the noise to times we were not there.

The owners speak very little English so don't expect detailed advise on where to go. However, they did provide a good range of brochures from local sites. They gave us samples of their red wine (a bit rough) and olive oil (really good) so make sure you get to try the oil. I would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a quiet and beautiful place to stay in Tuscany.

“Une semaine de calme et de découvertes au coeur de la Toscane.”

L'accueil chaleureux et la disponibilité des propriétaires. Les installations extérieures : piscine, terrasse, jardin, ... Appartements bien équipés mais il manque des verres à vin !). Le calme de l'endroit. La vue magnifique sur les campagnes environnantes et le vieux bourg.

Frigo un peu petit ... et bruyant. Chasse du WC peu efficace. Eau de la piscine un peu fraîche. Le village est isolé, donc tous les trajets vers les lieux à visiter prennent du temps.

A côté de toutes les visites traditionnelles (San Gimignano, Volterra,Sienne, Florence, ...), une petite promenade à Sasso Pisano (à 20 km) vous emmenera au milieu des fumerolles (de la vapeur qui sort de terre et qui est utilisée pour la transforamtion d'énergie). Original !

The accomadations were roomy and clean. Very nice pool area with a fantastic view. Owner very friendly and helpful.

Was very secluded, very difficult to find restuarnts and a long way to the grocery store.

We had a bit of trouble finding the location. Have good directions,no english spoken here,and bring your own food because it is very secluded.

“A Relaxing Break in Beautiful Surroundings”

The pool was wonderful, and the rural environment completely peaceful. Breakfasts were lovely in the garden, and the service was efficient and friendly.

This is bare bones accommodation. Completely adequate, especially with a family, but don't expect any luxuries.

A drive to nearby Montecastelli is rewarding. We drove to Sienna from here which was wonderful.

“Friendly Relaxing Holiday”

Very friendly and helpful owners/staff. Great to be able to share in family meals.

No local shop.

Be prepared to drive several miles to buy groceries. Never drive in a hurry; there are some very narrow lanes. If you are looking for a place to relax, be friendly with the owners and swim, this is the place. We intend to go back some day.
