  pas de pont positif exceptionnel par rapport à la description initiale.

  Les services proposés n’ont pas tous été disponibles. Notamment la machine à laver le linge n’existe pas, il a été proposé un bon de lavage dans une laverie de Chiusi, ce qui n’a rien à voir avec la proposition initiale ! La télévision ne fonctionnait pas. L’accès à la piscine n’a pas été expliqué lors de l’accueil, et il a fallu chercher un employé et le trouver avec un peu de chance dans les allées pour obtenir ce renseignement lorsque l’on cherchait à entrer par le portail sur la route. Le service des petits-déjeuners a subi des retards, au point qu’il a fallu chercher le thé dans les cuisines après une attente de plus d’une demi-heure ! En résumé, le service n’est pas à la hauteur de ce qui est annoncé

  We used this property as our base for exploring Tuscany by motorcycle. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen very complete. Great terrace for our evening meals. The staff was very friendly and service minded. There is a super market only 10 minutes away for stocking up on provisions. A definite thumbs up. We would be happy to come back any time.

  The wifi signal was not stable or fast enough to be used in practice (at least in our suite), so we resorted mostly to our own phone carrier data plans. The breakfast served in the room was OK, but it would have been nice to be able to enjoy a buffet style breakfast with a larger selection of local produce

  It was a true ‘find’ and far exceeded our expectations. Staff were so friendly and helpful and the feeling at the residence is so relaxing and friendly. The restaurant next door is incredible. We will be back. Highly recommend!

  Très belle demeure Au calme et bien équipée, piscine très agréable . Grand jardin avec possibilité de barbecue.

  Quiet, large room with fireplace, beautiful pool oasis, close proximity to an Amazing restaurant.

  Highly recommended tour is the alternative road to Bagno Vignoni and the city Orvieto. When in Orvieto don’t forget to visit Il Mago Di Oz.
