The staff were friendly and helpful, the premises clean , the rooms traditional and tasteful, beds comfortable, the food plentiful and tasty. Everything was as we had hoped.
We were lost and they drove to us so we could follow them back at no charge. They also welcomed us with a complementary drink. We were given excellent local knowledge for carparks! It was wonderful to experience a true "home-cooked" italian meal and not have to drive. The meal was served in the breakfast room.

I loved Fulvio & Katia. Pls don't confuse :)They are uncles & niece. 2 nights of stays with very freindly and helpful owner was such a plaesure. Anything about travel information or route, pls ask Fulvio. He'll be willing to help you.

Loved our stay!!!
Absokutely loved our stay at "1155." The breakfast and cappucinos were wonderful. The owner was fabulous and humerous. Very helpful in every regard. The dinner that we had on the premises was wonderful. We loved the views out of our window.

Friendly welcome - if only we had more time
Lovely rooms and warm welcome from owners as well as good atmosphere with other guests - always a good sign.

This is a very comfortable small farm house that is very close to San Gimignano and Sienna. Although I had little trouble getting there the first time, this farmhouse is very accessible to grocery stores and other attractions. The owner is a very nice man and we had a wonderful time talking to him. I, my wife and other couples had dinner at the farmhouse one night. We had a great dinner with wine in the court yard of the farmhouse. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. I miss that place a lot and will definitely go back again in the future.

I have now stayed at this place 4 times with my husband and friends and each time was such a pleasure - it's like staying with one's best friends and we will be returning again this year.
The super-friendly owners, the excellent home-cooked food, the relaxed atmosphere, good value for money, the socialability of the owners makes it so easy to get to know other guests.

San Gimignano 1155 is in a great location!
San Gimignano 1155 is in a great location - only 2 miles from San Gimingnagno and in the middle of wine country. Cappacinos flowed freely in the AM. A cooking class still makes me smile. Excellent food and a small affordable class. Rooms were beautiful.
The only drawback is internet connection but maybe they have fixed that.

Our extended family had the most wonderful vacation ever at San Gimignano....wish we could have stayed longer.
Fluvio was a warm, friendly and extremely good concierge for the area. He encouraged relaxation which was wonderful. The rooms were exactly as portrayed on the internet: clean, welcoming and nicely appointed.
No one in our family has 1 negative comment!

Owners were very helpful
Fulvio and his family were wonderful. We ate dinner there every night and each one was wonderful. Fulvio's suggestions of what to see and do were very helpful.
No negatives. A great pace to stay.
