Very nice swimming pool and gardens. Lots of trails to take the dog for a walk.

Friendly and helpful owners. Close to fantastic cities such as Perugia. Great running routes down the valleys in the early morning. Beautiful views from the poolside. A great base for a family holiday in Perugia.

Friendly Non intrusive hospitality

We arrived late on a Sunday afternoon, not having been able to pick up any groceries. When I asked Ilvio if it would be possible to provide some bread and cheese, he shortly returned with a veritable feast: cinghiali (wild boar) stew, bread, cheese, prosciutto, and a large bowl of sliced fresh strawberries.

Ho passato qualche giorno in questa bellissima villa insieme alla mia famiglia e ci è sembrato di tornare indietro nel tempo di qualche centinaio di anni. In pratica è un piccolo borgo dall'aspetto medioevale tra alberi e colline in una grandissima tenuta. Tutto appare in stile originale e molto ben conservato, non è un genere lussuoso ma rustico con un tocco di originalità in molte cose. Ho affittato l'appartamento Colombaccio con un grande camino e tutti mobili d'epoca ottimamente conservati. Come ho detto l'appartamento non era lussuoso ma molto confortevole e intimo. Fuori c'erano a disposizione arredi da giardino in buon tono con la casa ed il barbeque. Tanto spazio e verde a disposizione per i bambini e un panorama veramente stupendo verso la valle del Nese. In pochi giorni non ho mai visto tanta selvaggina libera come in queso posto. C'è anche una piscina veramente ben tenuta ma il tempo non è stato molto clemente durante il soggiorno. E' situata a poca distanza da molte località interessantissime e famose ma consiglio vivamente di visitare i piccoli borghi che si trovano nei pressi come Preggio (merita) ed in particolar modo il bellissimo Montone (spettacolare).

Very helpful owners - particularly when our arrival was delayed to much later in the day than we expected. We had not eaten and the owner led us by car some distance to a country restaurant that was still open. Would love to stay there again.
