Beau séjour en agri-tourisme
Sur place, l'agritourisme offre tout ce que peu souhaiter un touriste (repos, calme généralement, belle vue du jardin sur la campagne, piscine agréable, petits coins privés pour les repas, pt déjeuner pour ceux qui le souhaitent). Proximité avec Arezzo et pas trop loin de Siena.Prix très compétitif.
Pour être tout à fait excellent : le chemin d'accès caillouteux et en pente n'est pas facile l'accueil -une fois sur place-: car il nous faut téléphoner (donc appel étranger sur portable!!)pour faire venir le propriétaire qui arrive une petite demi heure après.... dans notre bi-locale ce serait mieux de ne pas remplir la pièce-cuisine avec 2 lits afin d'avoir un peu plus d'espace.Pourquoi pas des lits gigognes? Il faudrait faire tourner la filtration de la piscine un peu plus pour qu'elle soit tout à fait transparente

Fabulous Tuscan Holiday
Lovely views, beautiful swimming pool, enjoyed the barbeques, very helpful owners

Bellissima esperienza
L'agritursimo e'ben collegato con le maggiori mete turistiche in toscane, e con i vari supermercati, ristoranti ecc. La struttura e'accogliente, lo staff molto gentile e cordiale. Il cibo (affettati e formaggi) davvero buono, il vino eccellente. Posto consigliatissimo, ci mandero' gli amici di sicuro.
Le bottiglie di vino "bucate"...per cui il vino spariva in un batter d'occhio.... :-)

A very cost effective location
Nice place, nice area in the east area of Toscana. Very easy to tour Toscana, Firenze, Umbria (recommended). It seems that in the summer is nice, due to the pool and etc.

Just what I'd dreamed of!
The farmhouse and grounds are lovely, exactly what I had pictured when I thought of Tuscany. We arrived late and the owner was very gracious about staying up to meet us. Our apartment was spacious and well-kept. Spent almost a whole day just relaxing by the big beautiful pool with a lovely view. Took home a lot of wine and many of the farm's own olive oil beauty products.
The only thing that gave us any concern was the fact that there wasn't a "real" shower, just a curtain you could pull around you in bathroom and so the entire floor got wet which was a bit messy.

Unfortunately, the address given for the agriturismo is NOT the address of the agriturismo. It is rather a shop/office with NOBODY in attendance. There was a phone number to call, but it was always busy. We had to ask around and finally found that the owner was living around the corner. We knocked on his door (no sign that linked the bell to the agriturismo!) and met the owner. Ouf! He then led us to the agriturismo. From then on, all was absolutely fine.
Position, quality of accomodation, space.
A good knowledge of italian is really necessary if you wish to eventually succeed in getting to the agriturismo. We were there in mid-May for three nights and NEVER saw (because of the low season?) the son of the owner who supposedly lived on site. Where do you go for help if there is an emergency?

Just as I'd hoped
Stunning farmhouse villa, fully equiped for self catering and al fresco dining. Idyllic rural location yet not far from shops. Swimming pool had great views- felt very spoilt. Boules and hammock were good fun. Olives grown on site and can buy products from office.
We arrived at the office thinking that was the villa. Didnt feel like we were expected. Nobody spoke English or explained that the vila was further down the road. Very stressful. Evenutally we followed a van in our car and arrived at villa. Wrong room had been allocated but after some phone calls between the lady dropping us off and her office we were given what we had booked. After that everything was wonderful, just a shame the arrival wasnt a bit more fluid. A bit more communication pre arrival would have helped- only receieved a recepit for deposit, no instructions on where villa is, just office address.

Schwimmbad vorhanden und gepflegt gute Möglichkeiten abends nochmal draußen zu sitzen
Möglichkeiten Essen zu gehen zu weit entfernt und nicht zu Fuss zu erreichen Keine Möglichkeit vom Haus aus spazieren zu gehen, außer an der viel befahrenen Straße

This place is in a very beautiful setting in the countryside. It was a relaxing time and the owner was very nice and friendly.
Great breakfast and wine. The pool was nicely maintained. There was a beautiful view sitting by the poolside.

We had a wonderful time there. The rows of wine grapes made it an interesting location. The rooms were large and well equiped. I would stay there again.
Very quiet and in the middle of many of Italy's cities.
